Throughout these Terms, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Your Awakened Path, and "you" or "your" refers to any user, client, or visitor of our Site or Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using this Site or our services in any manner, you accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of this Site and our Services.

By using our Site and Services, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Use of Services Your Awakened Path offers spiritual support through Reiki (in-person and distance), Animal Reiki, Reiki House Clearings, and Spiritual Coaching. These services are not a substitute for professional medical or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed medical professional for any physical or mental health concerns.

3. Fees, Payment & Cancellation

• Fees: All fees are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change at any time without notice.

• Payment: All payments are processed through Stripe. By booking a service, you authorize us to charge your preferred payment method.

• Cancellations: Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the session fee. No-shows are considered forfeited sessions.

• Refunds: All services are final sale. No refunds are provided once services have been rendered or partially completed.

4. Intellectual Property All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, layout, design, and graphic,s is the intellectual property of Your Awakened Path and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any part of this Site without our express written permission.

5. Confidentiality and Client Agreements Client confidentiality is important to us. Individual sessions are governed by separate intake and consent forms. Communications made through the Site or general inquiries are not guaranteed to be confidential. We will only disclose personal information as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

• Use of this Site and our Services is at your own risk. All services are offered on an "as-is" basis with no guarantees of outcome.

• We make no claims regarding the therapeutic or medical efficacy of any service.

• We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Site, Services, or reliance on any content provided.

7. Technology & Security We use reasonable efforts to maintain security on our Site, including the use of third-party tools such as Stripe for payment and Google Analytics for data insights. However, we cannot guarantee complete security. You accept any risk associated with using online platforms.

8. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to engage in any unlawful, abusive, or disruptive activity on the Site including attempts to hack, spam, or distribute malicious code. Breach of this section may result in legal action.
