Each Reiki session is deeply personal and shaped around your unique story. In our first meeting (in person or online), we take time to create a loving and safe environment where trust and care are central. The initial session is approximately two hours and includes a detailed intake. Together, we explore your personal history, current health, future goals, relationships, emotional patterns, and how you experience both suffering and joy.
A customized treatment plan is created for the session, along with a suggested outline for future support. You’ll then receive a hands-on Reiki session, guided into deep relaxation with meditation techniques tailored to your needs. Afterward, you’ll receive personalized notes via email, along with next-step practices to continue your care at home.

Animals are highly sensitive to energy and respond well to Reiki. These sessions can help soothe anxiety, depression, behavioural changes, or physical imbalances in your pet. Reiki supports the regulation of your animal’s nervous system and offers them a gentle release of emotional or energetic stress.
Our pets love us unconditionally and often absorb energy from our fields in an effort to help us. You might notice your dog or cat becoming anxious, agitated, or withdrawn when they’re trying to balance the energy you’re carrying. Reiki provides a calm space for animals to release what they’ve taken on and return to their natural state of balance and wellbeing.

Drawing from decades of spiritual practice, we help you gently uncover the protective layers of ego that have formed around old emotional wounds. Your home holds energy just as your body does. A Reiki House Clearing detoxifies your environment from stagnant, stuck, or charged emotional energy. Over time, these energetic residues can impact mood, relationships, health, and even finances.
In this service, we personally come to your home and spend several hours moving room by room. We’ll identify the energy present, share my impressions with you, and then work to clear and rebalance the space using Reiki. Each room is then carefully charged with fresh, restorative energy.
You’ll also receive suggestions for maintaining harmony in your home and a welcome gift to support your continued care. The kit includes an incense burner, fresh organic local sage, Palo Santo, Masala incense, and chakra-balancing gemstones for meditation and home use.
